Sathia is a personal AI assistant platform operated by Sathia ("we", "us", or "our"). Our mission is to make intelligent AI accessible to every person, regardless of technical background. Central to that mission is an unwavering commitment to your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and — crucially — what we will never do with it.

Most technology companies treat privacy as a compliance checkbox — something addressed in legal documents after the product is built. Sathia is different. Privacy is a founding design principle. Every architectural decision — from how we store your memories to how we route your queries — is made with the assumption that your data belongs to you and only you.
We believe that a truly personal AI can only exist if the person using it trusts it completely. That trust is not earned through promises alone. It is earned through verifiable, structural commitments baked into the product itself.

The following commitments are absolute. They are not subject to change based on business conditions, investor pressure, or future product pivots. If Sathia ever changes in a way that would require violating any of these commitments, we will notify you and give you the ability to delete your data before any change takes effect.
Information you provide is used for one purpose only: to deliver the service you requested. Your waitlist email is used to send you a single launch notification. Your contact form submission is used to respond to your message. We do not cross-reference these data points, build profiles, or use them for any secondary purpose.
When Sathia's full product launches, any personal context you provide to your AI assistant (memories, preferences, history) will be stored exclusively for the purpose of personalising your experience. It will be encrypted, user-controlled, and never accessible to Sathia staff without your explicit permission.
We use a small number of third-party services to operate this website. Each is selected for its privacy credentials and is bound by data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for their own purposes.
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking technologies. We do not participate in any advertising network or data exchange. Any cookies set by this site are strictly functional — for example, to remember your session state — and are not shared with third parties.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete any personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA respectively, including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.
Waitlist email addresses are retained until the product launches and you have been notified, or until you request deletion. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry, typically no longer than 90 days. Anonymous analytics data contains no personally identifiable information and may be retained indefinitely in aggregated form.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for any personal data at rest, and access controls that limit who within our team can access user data. We conduct regular security reviews and will notify affected users promptly in the event of a data breach.
Sathia is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Sathia evolves. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify waitlist members by email. We will never make changes that retroactively reduce your privacy protections without giving you the opportunity to delete your data first.
